The People Behind
the Promise
Harmony House isn’t run by a corporation. It’s run by a family — real people who chose this work because they believe care should feel like home.
Family Care
“ We didn’t start Harmony House because it was a business opportunity. We started it because our own family needed something better — and it didn’t exist yet.
When the time came to find care for our own family members, we searched for a place that felt like home — where caregivers knew residents by name, where meals were shared at a family table, and where every person was treated with unwavering dignity.
What we found fell short of what we believed care could be.
So we built it ourselves.
Harmony House was born from the conviction that residential care should be personal, intentional, and deeply human. As a family-owned and operated home, we don’t just provide services — we build relationships. Every decision we make is guided by one question: “Would this be good enough for our own family?”
What We Believe
Guides How We Care
These aren’t just words on a page — they shape every interaction, every meal, and every moment at Harmony House.
Care Should Feel Like Family
Every resident is welcomed into our family, not as a client but as someone we genuinely love and care for. That’s the difference family ownership makes.
Dignity Is Non-Negotiable
From personalized care plans to how we communicate, every detail is designed to honor each resident’s individuality, autonomy, and inherent worth.
Home Is a Feeling
A true home is more than four walls. It’s the smell of a home-cooked meal, a familiar face, a hand to hold. We create that feeling every single day.
Our Promise to You
We promise to care for your loved one as if they were our own. To be transparent, compassionate, and accountable. To always put the well-being, happiness, and dignity of our residents above all else. This is not a business commitment — it is a family promise.
Your Family Deserves
to Feel at Home
We invite you to visit, meet our family, and experience the warmth that words alone can’t capture. When you walk through our door, you’ll feel the difference.
“From the moment we walked in, we knew this was different. It wasn’t a facility — it was someone’s home. And now it’s our mother’s home too.”
